In Middlesex County, Va. Court of Oyer and Ter-

miner, held April 28,.1794, Mingo, slave of the

estate of Richard Henry Corbin, was convicted of
"Feloniously preparing...a certain medicine to &
be administered...to George Turner" and senten-

ced to be hanged on May 30, 1794. Valued at 80

lbs. Deputy Sheriff Roane certified execution,
