"Clinton Glover, a negro who wxxamim was convicted in Dor=—
chester County on the charge of an attempted assault, was
electrocuted at the state penitantiray yestereday morning.
The negro did not make a statement of his guilt. When the
negro had been placed in the chair he repeated a prayer
in concert with three Catholic priests, The current was
turned on at 11:20 o'clock and he was pronounced dead
several minutes lager. There were 75 witnesses present."
Glover was electrocuted on Nov. 12 9 1912.
