Stewart, a white illiterate Oklahoma farmer moved to Houston, Texe,
with his 4KZH l<year-old twin daughters after his wife died. He was
unable to obtain steady employment and made ends meet with odd jobs,
but he managed to pay the premiums on $585.00 life-insurance policies
that he carried on the two little girls. Finally he strangled one of
the twins, Dortha, to death to collect the proceeds SAXKSE from her
