GRINDER, Martha Large card

Born in 1815, Mrs. Grinder was a Pittsburgh, Pa., sadist
who @njoyed seeing other people suffer, She poisoned
her neighbor, Mrs, Carothers, with arsenic and watched
her slowly die ,BEXEKS pretending to nurse her. She
confessed and said that had she not been caught, she

would have continued killing, Mrs. Grinder was hanged
on Yan. 19, 1866,
