of a Court called in the Cotinty of Johnston for the tryal
of negro Jenny, late the property of Lewis Bryan, where=-
upon Resolved that Hardy Bryan, administrator on the es-
tate of Lewis Bryan, deceased, be allowed the sum of
fourteen pounds six shillings specie in consideration of
the Execution of negro Jenny, late the property of the
said deceased, by public authority; that the Treasurers
or either of them pay him the same and be allowed on a
settlement with the public," STATE RECORDS ON NORTH CARO-
