"Liberty, Ky., 12l-1933-Brutally beaten to death, the
boeies of two men = father and son = were found bound to-
gether with wire in Green “iver, near here, today, Ro-
bbers killed them last night in a fierce fight in their
lonely farm home, stole their automobile, and took the
victims! bodies, clad in night clothes, in it six miles
to the river, here they put a sheet over the bodies,
tied them tosether, attached weights and tossed them into
the water, A trapper discovered them this morning, The
victims were John White, 80-years-old, and his son, Clay
White, 5, a World war veteran, They lived alone on a
