"Ww, H, White, a black man, was arrested in Cincinnati
on Dec. 8, 186 by Deputy Marshal Hulme, charged with
murder in Pike Co,, Ky., His partner in the crime was
hung last week, They murdered an idiot woman and her

child in cold blood,"
