cided his wife and some others were conspiring to murder
him and in the course of the day he complained of this
to & physician, About noon he took a Scythe and wrapped
it with linen near the heel so he could hold it. Took
upstairs where he had an axe hid under the bed, Walked
about house until around 7 that evening threataning wife
and others, Then fastened door and struck his wife with
the axe in the presence of his daughter and took the
Scythe and chased the daughter out of the house, Took
