MURDACO, Nicholas LARGE CARD
"Nicholas Murdaco, an Italian, was hanged in the jail at
Jersey City, N. Je, on 1-26-1906 for the murder of his
wife in that City in May last. Murdaco killed his wife
with a hatchet after a quarrel in which she had declared:
"This is a free land I am going to do as I please," His

little son witnessed the crime and testified against his
father," ;
