Result: Hanged May 15th 1741

Details: Jones was a white man of Prince George's

County and a taylor by trade. On 1-21-41
he entered the Nouse Of Mm. Richard Lee at St.) baulec
Parish in P.G. Co. and walked out with two gold rings,
a four shilling gold piece and three silver shillings.
Total value 2 pound 7 shillings. Since the overwhelm-
ing majority of death sentences for this type of crime
were commuted and this one was not, Jones must have
