"Frankfort, Kyey 10-26-1900-The court of appeals today
affirmed the death penalty judgement of the Kenton Cir-
cuit Court in the case of Wallace Bishop, sentenced to
hang for the murder of a Covington policeman. Bishop
had killed a tramp at Ludlow and when the policeman
