CAUSBY, Robert
Causby,; a 21-year-old white native of Union township, Independence
Cosy Ark., was first arrested in 1900 for stealing an axe from a
constable, Convicted, he was fined $10.00 and spent five days in
jail. Shortly afterwards, the same constable had him arrested for
