PARISH, J. Ce

"Raleigh, N. Coy 1-10-1890-J. C. Parish was hanged
here today for assault upon his own daughter, He
died maintaining his innocence, He was 2 years of
age, and had a wife and several children, He said
nothing on the gallows. He died by strangulation
