Dunean McCormick certified that Slaves Landon,
Randolph and Sarah, belonging to the estate of
Robert Berkley were hanged for his murder,
Slaves Kobin and Barnaby. also condemned, but
they were reprieved and transferred on June
16,,1818. Berkley was a Doctor. Transcript

Frederick County, on July 10, 1818, Deputy
Duncan McCormick certified that slaves Landon,
Randolph and Sarah, belonging to the estate of
Robert Berkley were hanged for his murder,
Slaves Kobin and Barnaby, also condemned, but
