in Sandusky, Ohio. In-the Autumn of 180, Evans called.
Ritter to the doorway of his store and demanded a drink

of whiskey. When Ritter refused to se@l him a drink, —
Evans pulled a knife and stabbed the storeowner to death.
He was quickly tried and found guilty and he was hanged —
