"Jose Cordova, Jr., was arrested with his father, Cordova,
Sr., his younger brother, Feleciano and a cousin, Enrique
Diazo All were charged with the mrder of Robert Trimble
which occurred on 2-23-1877, Jose Cordova, Jr., was given
the dath penalty and hanged on 7-7-1879, Feleciano, because
pf his youth at 18-years-of-age, the fury found guilty but
recommended life in prison, Enrique Diaz was found .not
guilty and the District Atborney moved for dismissal of the
tase of Jose Cordova, Sr,"
