Mrs. Logue, a school teacher in tdgefield, Co., S. C.,lost

“her job when Davis Timmerman, a trustee of the schooly and

owner of a rural store caught her in a compromising posi-~
tion with one of her mal@ students. On Sept. 30, 190,
Timmerman had to shoot Mrs. Llogue's husband, Wallace, in
self-defense when Logue attacked him in his store. On
Sept. 17, 19), Clarence Bagwell shot Timmerman and killed
