Execu ed, Allegheney Cos, Pacey 3=2l—18823 Killed C. R,
Jacoby on 1-16-1879; was friendly with victim's wife;
they were in Kaiser's saloon, proprietor heard a noise
in back room and upon investigation found Small and
victim scuffling; later Small accosted victim and wife
on the street and shot point blank, killing Jacoby;
convicted April 19, 1879; warrant issued 1-2-1882,
