Details: Daniel was a slave of Mr. Pryor Small-

wood of Charles) Co. On 6-3-21 he burg-
larized the house of one Charles Finley at Mattawoman
in Prince George's Co. Three other indictments for
burglary were deferred because of condemnation on.-
first indictment.
