When Muskus, a 33-year-old Cleveland, Ohio, man met 2)j-
year-old Sandra Lee Kingsley, he fell in love and the two
decided to live together as man and wife. When his sav~
ings of $700 was aboutgone, they decided to go to Phila~
delphia. When they reached Canton, 0., they were almost
broke se they checked into the Milner Hotel and Sandra
Lee went out to ea rn them some money. She lured a 13-
year-old machinist, George J, LeMasters of New Philadel=
phia, to their roan for the purpose of sex. When Muskus
made his appearance, LeMasters resisted the "badger game"

attempt and the two men got into a fight. Muskus was
