All 18-year-old blacks, electrocuted Georgia State ‘rison
(Fulton County) on August 1l, 1933. "Their last appeal
refused by the State Supreme Court, three negro slayers of
City Detective F, C, (Red) Foster, will be resentenced to
death Friday by Superior Judge E, E, Pomeroy, Those are
Mose White, Richard Sims and Richard Morris. A 30-day re-
spite granted by Gov, Talmadge expired Wednesday. All %
were convicted of murder and given the death sentence, but
carried their cases to the Supreme Court which upheld the
lower court, Detective Foster was slain in A Boulevarde
delicatessin the night of March 16, 1932, when he surprise
the negroes in the act of holding up the place."
