Seaton, Convicted of murder in first degree, Verdict
filed March 7, 1901. Crime committed 12-6-1900. Sen-
tenced on h-15-1901,

jad mrdered Uncle, Dan Richards at South Park, At same
time seriously wounded two young girls and seriously cut
his sister, Mrs. Roy Clarke, Afterwards wounded slightly
a neighbor named Kennedy and was, himself, shot in neck by
Deputy Sheriff Kelley while resisting arrest, Last minute
plea for clemency denied by Governor, R#XX Plea based on
insanity and alientist testified, Opposed by prosecution,
