Regiment, 2nd Division, 2nd Army Corps.
Native of Philadelphia, age 26. Deserted Union Army on
10-13-61 in Maryland. Arrested months later in Phila-
delphia and returned to his Division headquarters for
Court Martial.) Executed by fining squad ab HO 08, General
Warren, USA. then Vocated at village, of Monrisyvi lle iny
Fauquier County, Virginia. Case not mentioned by Alotta.
