"executed June 29, 1909; Cameron Co., Pa.;for
murder of John Kibe on Tjanksgiving Eve, 1908;
was filled with. liquor at the time; spent the
evening at American Hotel bar, operated by Chas,
Farley; Pagano resented Farley! s denial of more
drinks, left and retufned to kill Farley but in-
