FITZGERALD, Patrick

"Patrick Fitzgerald, on Jan. 17, 1853, shot and killed
Margaret Fitzgerald, his wife. He was convicted of the
murder in the Court. of Oyer and Terminer, April 19, 1853,
before Judge Henry P, Edwards and Aldermen Willian J,
Peck: and Oscar W. Strutevant. Fitzgerald was executed
at Tombs Prison, New York, Nove 15, 1853." .
