at 164-8 Erie St., Buffalo, on 11-17-1912, Crime occurr-
ed around 7 or 6 o'clock at night. Sarzano went into
back room of saloon where Gragnanello's wife was and
Gragnello went back and tol@\him to leave, Sarzano
drew pistol and shot 5 times, Thanh night Gragnanello
made a dying declaration of facts but did not actually
die until Jan, 22, 1913. What I have in unkenamtcomple ted
bound #1. Sarzano a 27-year-old white man.
