White, a l.2-year-old white ex-convict and his l-vear-old brother,
Calvin, also an ex-convict, decided to murder a 78=year-old rancher,
Fekix Heidel, who lived near Jollyville, Tex., and pose as the owners
of his small herd of cattle in order that they might sell it. In
