35-year-old white man, electrocuted New Jersey (Middlesex)
on Dece 22, 1908, "Trenton, Nd, Dec. 22, XR - Giacento
Ricci was electroduted at the New Jersey State Prison to-
nighte <A much talked of test to r esuscitate the elec-
grocuted man was not attempted. County Physician Seammell
who had threatened to make the feat, was not present, and
made no demand for the body, XAXWAXXXMXKXWHAXH He will not
be notified of Ricci's death until some time tomorrow,
Dr. Seammell evidently abandoned the propsed test when
Headkeeper Osborne of the State Prison was advised by the
Attorney-General that the county physician had KAXXHX#HKY
no rights or duties in the premises, Riccie was convicted
of assault and (line missing)...Cliffwood, N. J. in
