Executed by lethal injection on May 3, 1894

Killed Albert Wilkins, 50, a black deputy constable
who was moonlighting as a securihy guard in the course
of a bar robbery. His brother Joseph Rougeau was
killed in a shootout with officers, and Paul was

shot in the buttocks and wounded; a third accomplice
turned state's evidence,
