DANTINE, John Baptist

White, electrocuted Pennsylvania (Lancaster) on Nov. 18,
1918. Affirmed: 10), ATLANTIC 672, On night of Feb. 17,
1917, body of Louise Delare, 65, found on floor of en=
closed porch at her home at Jeannette, She had been
badly beaten and died as a result. At 3 that afternoon
her son had given her $70 which she had put in a beareau
drawer, The son went to Pittsburgh and returning found
his mother's body and the money missing. Dantine
arrested later that night with blood on raincoat, spec~
tacles and underwear and he had scratéhes wn him, He
worked in a plant and had only been paid $2.50 that day
but had plenty of money on hime.
