foundin bran sack in an unused well. Clothingin another
sack in same well. Skull later found buried in a cellar

to be married and priest refused to do so, exhibiting
letter, written by Jedrusik stating that Umilian had
wife and children in old country, and this had precipi-
tated hatred oh part of Umilian for Jedrus#k as a result
of which Umilian killed Jedrusik.e
