Circuit Court in 1883 and convicted of murder of Millard
Brewster, They were given the death sentence. This
case was appealed in the State Court of Appeal and ver-
dict was upheld, Champ and Rudolph were hanged together
in the jail Court Yard. This was the last execution in
Adair County, Kye Hanged on March 21, 188). ;
