BXSARAMKAIKA, asphyxiated Nevada State Prison (Elke Coun
ty) on September 29, 19, for murder, See the appeal:
150 PACIFIC (2nd) 1015 =~ NEV. = BK. AND MAG. EXCERPTS,
Victim was A. He Berning. According to appeal, Loveless
was between 15 and l6é<years-old on Auge 29, 1942, the day
of the murder, and, thus would have been 17 at execution,
Berning was constable of Carlin, Nev., and stopped Leve-
less in a stolen car. Loveless shot him twice with re-
volver. He and a companion, Dale H. Cline, had escaped
from a reform school at Plainfield, Indiana, on Aug. 15,
192, Loveless had been committed there for burglary.

Loveless born 11-6-1926. First conviction reversed on.
