BK. & MAGAZINE EXCERPTS. Convicted of murder of Robert

Horton by stabbing him in the head, Horton and wife were
separated and Mrs. Horton was in the car with Gilbert when

Horton asked her to step out. After murder, Gilbert fled
to Fla. where he was subsequently captured,
