glary and robbery...sentenced to be hanged on
Friday, the 20th of next (July), month,"GAZETTE,

Austin pardoned and Downs executed as per
VIRGINIA GAZETTE OR THE AMERICAN ADVERTISER,

August 2, 1787 (Date of execution 8-1-1987
