Voss, a 29=year=old Nashville, Tenn., Negro with Alice
Jones, shot and killed liquor store clerk Louis Hutchison
on Auge 26, 1953. On the night of Sept. 26, 1953, with
his friend idward Lewis Snell, he robbed and killed James
Re Cox, the night attendant at a service station. The
three were tried separately, and Voss's claim that he
could not remember either crime was discounted. He was
electrocuted at Tennessee State Prison on April 15, 1955.
