Born Annie Beatrice McQuiston, Mrs, Henry was a Texas
prostitute when she met and married Claude "Cowboy" Henry
who was shortly to be sentenced to 50-years for murder.
Mrs. Henry teamed up with Harold F. Burks, a minor crimi-
hal to steal EX@ a car and the money to break her husband
out of jail. They hitched a ride with Joseph P, Calloway
and sutside of Lake Charles they took his car and money.
Mrs, Henry made the man undrews and marched him over to

a Ka haystack, As he knelt in prayer, she shot him in
the bakk of the head, She was electrocuted in Lake
Chalres, La., on Nov. 20 192.
