LOUISIANA SESSION LAWS, Act 38, Unit 1, Feb. 15, 187,
page 34, states that Louis Savoie of St. Martin Parish
was compensated $300 for slave Henry who was executed
March 13, 1845.

states that Negro, Henry was hanged at “te.
