Troutman, an aged farmer residing near Lykens between
Uniontown and Gratzman, on Nove 1), 1880; theybelieved

he had a large sum of money in his home as he was the ex-
ecutor of a neighbor who had left some property and Trout-
man had sold it that day; killers found victim in bed,

his children being at a singing schools; they demanded
money which he denied he had; he shot Henry with a gun he
kept over his bed; he claimed it was Henry who shot him;
each fumberger had two trials; "hey were related only
through crookedness and villainy"; Frank was marred and
