squard at Utah State Prison here Friday, the thirteenth,
seemingly is resigned to his fate, The pale, wide-eyed
Okalhoma City epileptic, convicted of the hammer slaying
on Oct. 12, 1942, of AgnestaAbigaile Williams, San Lean-
dro, Calif,, school teacher, will be taken from his tiny

cell in the prison's death row at Daw Friday. A black |
