Randolph of Nottoway @ounty for robbery of
Daniel Sullivant of a quantity of linen and Indi!
cotton to value of 8 lbs. Crime on night of
Nov, 16, 1799. Peter had previously received
benefit of chergy and been burned on hand,
He was to be hanged on Jan. 3, 1800, There were
still proceedings over compensation as late as
1805 and I-don' t know whether or not he was ac-
tually wanged, -
