"Macon, Gaey 12-1)-1900-Prince Allen, the young negro
who in 1896 shot to death an old negro named Louis
Carios, filling his back full of buckshot when the old
man expected no trouble, was on yesterday sentenced to
hange on January 10, 1901. He laughs at the sentence
of the court and says he will appeal."
