Reinbolt, a 28-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, had served two

terms in a Federal reformatory for automobile theft and had only been
on parole from the Ohio "tate Penitentiary for three months, WKSKXXsHX
He lived with his mother and grandmother in a trailer court and worked
at a nearby Columbus garage. On Aug. 28, 1961, he WAE had the ee
