Dear Mr. Stone,

I am very pleased to inform you that the Sisters of Bon Secours has awarded you $15,000 of your proposed
request of $25,000 for the Grassroots education on the death penalty in Virginia program. Limited funds
available prevented us from offering the full amount you requested for this very good work. This funding is
contingent upon agreement and compliance with the following terms and conditions.

Please indicate your acceptance of the Sisters of Bon Secours Ministry Grant terms by signing below and
returning this letter to me. Funds cannot be disbursed without the receipt of this signed letter. When the
organization is ready to receive the funds, please send the request in writing to the Sisters of Bon Secours
Ministry Grant Fund at the address below. We will need the name and address of the payee as well as the date
funds are needed. If your organization does not meet these conditions and request funds by ninety days after
the date of this letter, your grant is voided and you must reapply in the next cycle.

We look forward to hearing about the continuing efforts of the Grassroots Education on the Death Penalty in
Virginia program!
