Tables and Chairs: Are included with rental. Will be set by our staff according to your specifications. Please call with

your setup plans at least 10 days in advance of your event. (We do not provide linens)

Special Event Rentals — 4 hours (Garden for wedding ceremony, 2 hours)

All rentals include 2 hours set up, 1 hour cleanup time (does not apply to Garden at ceremony price)
Additional hours for all events - $200/hour

All events must end by midnight

To book rental space:

Asigned contract and 50% of the total rental fee are needed to reserve space (or full amount if within 90 days)
The second half of the rental fee and a $250 refundable deposit are due 90 days prior to the event
