Dear Mr. Butler,

Thank you so much for the notice about the $25,000 grant awarded by the Sisters of Bon
Secours Ministry Fund to Virginians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty (VADP) dated
February 23, 2017.

Enclosed is the signed acknowledgement that VADP will use these funds according to the
terms and conditions laid out in your notice.

I would like to request that VADP receive this $25,000 grant by April 15, 2017. The

Dear Mr. Stone,

Iam very pleased to inform you that the Sisters of Bon Secours Ministry has awarded you a grant in the
amount of $25,000 for the Grassroots Education on the Death Penalty in Virginia program contingent
upon agreement to and compliance with the following terms and conditions.

Please indicate your acceptance of the Sisters of Bon Secours Ministry Grant terms by signing below and
returning this letter to me. Funds cannot be disbursed without the receipt of this signed letter. When
the Center is ready to receive the funds, please send the request in writing to the Sisters of Bon Secours
Ministry Grant Fund at the address below. We will need the name and address of the payee as well as the
date funds are needed. If your organization does not meet these conditions and request funds by ninety
days after the date of this letter, your grant is voided and you must reapply in the next cycle.
