Draft -March 1, 2021

Continue VADP with staffing until March 31, 2022.

Then disband the organization or continue it as an all-
volunteer group or with minimal staffing support.

Final decision whether to disband VADP could be made

after the November 2021 election for Governor &
House of Delegates.

1. Defend the abolition victory in the 2022 Virginia
General Assembly session with the possibility of a
hostile new Governor and new leadership of the House
of Delegates.

2. Write a book about the history of DP abolition in
Virginia.

Continue full time work for Michael & Dale until August

31, 2021.

At that time, Dale would become the full-time Executive
Director and Michael would become a part-time
Administrator responsible for finances, donor
relations, and database management.

Fund balance of $60,941.07 at the end of February.

Given VADP monthly fixed costs of ~ $8,200 per month,
those funds would last until sometime in August or
September.

~ $17,500 to keep the organization going till end of the
2021 year.

~ $35,000 to keep VADP going till the end of March
2022.

Board members.
Monthly donors - 22 people contributing $453 each
