Solicitation of Contributions (VSOC) Law. Our review indicates that additional information is

o Resubmit the page 4 of your 990EZ 2020 fiscal year. It was not sign by the officer of your
organization.
o Resubmit page 3 of the Form 102 since question "16A1" was not answered correctly. Please
base your answer on your 990EZ 2020 fiscal year part | line 1.
o Resubmit the signature page of the form 102 it is not properly signed. The form requires the
original signatures of two officers or directors, one of whom must be the chief fiscal/financial
officer or treasurer.
Please be advised that Adam Northup signature is a copy. We need the wet ink signature of
officers.
Note: You do not need to send the entire form 102 or URS form again just the page(s) we
requested.
