I provide this letter on its behalf pursuant to 11 C.F.R. § 300.65(e) to certify the facts stated below. VADP is an organization described in 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3). It is exempt from taxation under 26 U.S.C. § 501(a) or has submitted an application for determination of tax-exempt status under 26 U.S.C. § 501(c). Its principal purpose is not to conduct election activities, including but not limited to voter registration, voter identification, get-out-the-vote activity or generic campaign activity. The funds you raise for VADP will be used to support its principal mission of public education. They will not be designated or otherwise earmarked for any other purpose, including election activities, and will not be used to pay Federal-election related debts from any prior election cycle.
