FullscreenVADP Board Meeting Minutes September 24, 2013 8 - 8:45 pm Attending: Matthew E., Helena, Kent, Lauren, Mary, Beth, Linell, Steve 1. 2: Aug 26, 2013 Minutes Approved Matt will look at projections for year-end fundraiser in light of short- term fundraiser and make an estimate of how much, if any, the year end results will be lower because of donations made in August. Steve working on 501c3 application; hopes to have completed by end of Oct. Board would like to know next steps on survey of lawmakers and candidates. Matt and Steve will discuss with John McDiarmid. Steve will let board know if and when his editorial on ABA report is published in RTD. Lauren finalizing plans for friendraiser in Tidewater on Oct. 24. Mary planning an event in Roanoke for early November. Matthew and Helena agreed to get together to start planning a Charlottesville event. Matthew will follow up with Mitch about her testimonial. Next meeting will be set for first two weeks in November.
